The providers RequestFlow uses to run the product.
RequestFlow uses subprocessors for application hosting, private file storage, transactional email, billing, monitoring, and support. Some providers apply only when a feature is enabled, such as an export or integration.
We update this page when subprocessor categories change in a way that affects customer data.
Subprocessor categories
Runs the RequestFlow web app and API for all accounts.
Stores request data, metadata, and uploaded files for all accounts.
Sends request links, reminders, upload notifications, and account emails.
Processes subscriptions and payment records for paid accounts.
Reliability, error tracking, security review, and operational alerts.
Customer support workflows when support is requested.
Customer-enabled exports or integrations only when enabled.
