Acceptable use

What RequestFlow may and may not be used for.

RequestFlow is for requesting, receiving, tracking, reviewing, and exporting client documents for bookkeeping, tax, payroll, onboarding, cleanup, and related firm work.

Use rules

Allowed use

Collecting client tax, bookkeeping, payroll, onboarding, and cleanup documents; sending private request links to intended recipients; tracking request status and missing items; exporting client files for firm work.

Not allowed

Malware, phishing, spam, impersonation, credential collection, unlawful or abusive content, or attempts to bypass access controls, scanning, or security restrictions.

Security reports

Good-faith security reports are welcome. Do not test in ways that expose customer data, disrupt availability, or affect other accounts.

Firm responsibility

Your firm is responsible for accurate checklist instructions, intended recipients, client consent where needed, staff access, and deleting or revoking data when access is no longer appropriate.
