Terms for using the public RequestFlow website and requesting beta access.

Plain-language scope

These terms cover the public website and early-access request flow. They are not a full production customer agreement. Additional terms may apply before any paid service or live client-document upload workflow is made available.

Beta status

RequestFlow is presented as a beta product for bookkeeping, accounting, tax prep, payroll, controller, and fractional CFO firms.

  • Submitting the early-access form does not guarantee access, pricing, launch timing, or feature availability.
  • Product details, limits, and pricing may change before general availability.
  • No payment is collected through the early-access form.

Do not upload sensitive documents through the public form

The public early-access form is for contact information and workflow context. It is not intended for client files or regulated records.

  • Do not submit tax returns, payroll files, bank statements, identification documents, client records, passwords, PINs, or other sensitive client material through the form.
  • If RequestFlow later provides a live file upload workflow, that use should be governed by the applicable customer agreement and security documentation.

Acceptable use

You may use the public website for legitimate evaluation of RequestFlow and to request beta access for your firm.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, scrape private endpoints, or probe non-public systems.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or malicious content.
  • Do not use RequestFlow branding in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without permission.

Professional responsibility

RequestFlow is a document collection product. It is not accounting, tax, payroll, legal, security, or compliance advice.

  • Your firm remains responsible for its client relationships, professional obligations, compliance program, records retention, and client consent practices.
  • RequestFlow does not replace accounting software, tax software, payroll systems, or firm practice management.

Pricing and availability

Public pages may describe planned public pricing, founder beta pricing, trial details, and custom plan ranges.

  • Published beta or founder pricing is informational until a customer agreement is accepted.
  • RequestFlow may change plans, features, storage limits, or prices before paid launch.
  • A custom plan may require additional review before customer use.

Disclaimers

The public website is provided for information and beta-interest collection. RequestFlow is provided as available during beta.

  • RequestFlow does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance, IRS approval, or other external certification not listed here.
  • We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the public beta-interest site.
  • To the extent allowed by law, RequestFlow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of the public website.
