Service Providers

The categories of service providers RequestFlow uses to run client document collection.

Last updated: June 9, 2026

What this page covers

RequestFlow uses a focused set of provider categories to run the product, store data, deliver email, process billing, keep the product reliable, and support optional exports.

Core providers

These providers support the main RequestFlow product experience.

  • Private data and file storage: account access, firm data, and private document storage.
  • Application hosting: keeps the RequestFlow web application and public pages available.
  • Email delivery: request links, invites, reminders, and notifications.
  • Billing processor: checkout, subscription management, invoices, and customer billing portal.

Reliability monitoring

RequestFlow may use monitoring providers to keep the product reliable and investigate errors.

  • Operational logs help investigate product errors and service reliability issues.
  • Logs must not contain raw tokens, PINs, secure file links, file contents, or uploaded file bodies.

Optional providers

Some providers apply only when a specific feature is enabled.

  • Google Drive export is disabled by default and uses one-way export jobs when enabled.
  • Any custom integration or unusual storage arrangement may require a separate customer agreement.

Changes to this list

RequestFlow will update this page when the provider list changes in a way that affects customer data.

  • Provider certifications are separate from RequestFlow's own controls.
  • Customers with specific vendor review needs can contact cal6542@gmail.com.
